"News podcasts are hard to launch. You are at the mercy of events. World affairs will not guarantee you can start with a bang. Nevertheless, on the evidence of this first episode, The Crisis Room is going to be a podcast to listen to. I suspect when fresh disasters hit, the politician, the journalist and the intelligence officer will be the team we turn to. Given the state of the modern world I suspect we will not be waiting all that long."
