"(Season: Mississippi Goddam) This series was well-reported and written, and is full of pain and heart. I didn’t hear enough people talking about this podcast, and it was one of the best true-crime stories I’ve ever heard. This is a great series for anyone who likes chef’s-kiss true crime, or anyone who is interested in journalism and the emotional toll it takes to tell this kind of story."
