"...its dynamic and inspirational host, Tunde Oyeneyin. Oyeneyin is an experienced Peloton instructor passionate about motivating and inspiring her listeners. The background noise and sound could be toned down to allow for more emphasis on the conversations and subjects being discussed. Doing so would make the podcast more appealing and pleasing for all listeners. This podcast offers a unique approach to health and fitness that focuses on energy and focus. With her captivating voice and passion for helping others reach their goals, Tunde makes listening to an enjoyable experience."
