"First time listening to the podcast. Alta Vista episode was interesting, especially how Alta Vista was incubated within a larger company and then defeated by the nimble startup called Google. Was fun to remover using Alta Vista and learning about the scaling problems I never really realized. I wish they talked more about the business model of early search engines. The audio quality of the interview wasn't great."
