"I'd rate this podcast a 6 out of 10. I remember taking a religious studies class in school and was curious to hear from some scholars on religion about race relations in the USA. The stance of the two scholars in this episode provided interesting takes on how Christians might view the relationship between Jesus and an oppressed people versus what we see in America today. I might have hoped for more specific citations of scripture to prove those points out. Not sure if I would listen to this podcast again but it did open doors for exploring how religious scholars view contemporary topics."
