"...easily digestible, entertaining & fresh chunks...the format works because one can genuinely feel that the hosts are friends, they do not waste time on unnecessary banter and each episode’s scam story is very well researched & produced."

"Cheap sound effects are chucked in with cheerful abandon. It should feel like a craven attempt to have both of the principal types of podcast (the friends-chatting type and the serious-narrative type) at once. It shouldn’t have worked at all. But it did. Schlocky but entertaining."

"This podcast finds and reports on interesting scammers. Even the ones you think you know, they have more information from behind the scenes. Plus the two women are funny, smart and play off each other really well. It's a rare episode when I don't laugh out and gasp out loud. I impatiently wait for the next episodes to drop. I saw that some folks think they are racist -- maybe it's because they are listening to two women of color speak some truths they'd rather not hear."
