"Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve admired people who have the ability to formulate snappy retorts or jokes seemingly on their feet. Laci is one of the sharpest comedians I’ve listened to. The references she pulls out will make your stomach hurt from laughter. Long live Scam Goddess!"

Emma Dibdin • New York Times Feb 16, 2021

"A regular “Historical Hoodwink” segment focuses on well-known cases, but Mosley & Co. also devote plenty of time to small-time scams and amateur frauds, walking a tonal tightrope that often involves both empathy and derision for their subjects. The result is surprising, hilarious and occasionally cathartic."

"Hosted by actress Laci Mosley and a weekly guest, Scam Goddess won its way into my heart with its breezy, irreverent tone and gleeful cynicism. Despite its light touch, Scam Goddess demonstrates that cons are built into the fabric of modern life and that everyone, to one extent or another, has been scammed. Again and again, the episodes show that in a society built on classism, racism, and bureaucracy, scamming is a viable and legitimate way to transform your life, gain acceptance, or just get by."
