"...ticks the hirsute hipster box (check out his Instagram of the same name) who trades his expertise and enthusiasm with fellow birders, and his novice twitcher wife Sarah, as they happily tramp around wetlands, woodlands, moorland, conservancies and reserves, binoculars aloft. Who knew vicarious birdwatching could be this fun?"
