"With dialogue this brainless, it makes you wonder how they’re ever going to outwit Nazi Germany’s pantomine dames. It’s worth saying that nobody on the show can do an American or a German accent — a notable oversight in a drama about the Second World War. Even some of the English accents are subpar. There is an especially shonky Winston Churchill, whose growling intonation is less heroic war criminal and more aggrieved labrador."
