"There are a host of good episodes to try. I enjoyed the author and popular historian Tom Holland on the legacy of Christianity, the cognitive scientist Scott Barry Kaufman on “the victimhood pandemic”, and the journalist Helen Lewis on changes in the media. Real historians, real scientists, real journalists. Revolutionary stuff. I wonder if it will ever catch on."

"Sam Harris’s acclaimed podcast Making Sense rumbles on with his trademark mix of the arcane and the slightly vague and dreamy, as if he is musing from bed...for those with a yen to anchor some of the squeal and noise of current politics in a longer, stronger framework of political philosophy."
