"What makes the Huberman Lab Podcast stand out is its engaging and thought-provoking content. The Huberman Lab Podcast, despite its wealth of information, suffers from a significant flaw: the episodes are simply too long. The Huberman Lab Podcast is a fantastic medium for anyone interested in neuroscience. "Such cool facts are not always easy to extract from Huberman’s podcast. This will not suit every taste. Neither will its superficially bro-y, Joe Roganesque delivery, full of macho pseudoscientific-sounding boasts about self-optimisation...The exorbitant episode lengths are down partly to the fact that (Huberman being a Stanford professor and all) the podcast is stuffed with detail about different parts of the brain and lengthy descriptions of scientific studies. Maybe you’ll like it. Maybe you’ll think it the sort of filler a good BBC producer would have left all over the cutting room floor."

"He (and his guests) reliably provide a deep, sometimes technical and usually engaging dive into each topic he covers...he often provides clear and easily actionable steps you can take to optimise your own health. Not every episode is my cup of tea, but there is plenty of interesting content and information to digest."
