"I do not like celebrity podcasts. I mean, I believe that Amy Poehler’s Good Hang is technically good, I liked what I heard and think it’s well done and that Amy Poehler is amazing blah blah blah. But I’d rather hear about other things. I listened, very skeptically, on a walk somewhere and had to stop several times to cackle, especially during the part when Mike explains why and how everyone on the shows he works on have absolutely crazy names. This episode is a beautiful mess and I love every single thing about it, most of all the authentic laughing."

It’s early days: there’s a good chance that the show might develop more of an identity, and that Poehler will become a more comfortable presenter. Until then, however, it’s nice that she’s catching up with some old pals."

She laughs too much and for too long. Are these incredibly successful, creative, funny people so insecure that they need bolstering every other sentence? (Yes, clearly.) …"
