"Changes enjoys more focus and structure; Macmanus is undoubtedly aware that in a world of myriad pods, listeners want the general gist in ten seconds or less. Macmanus’s career as a radio host is evident in her calm tone and she’s a great interviewer in that she allows her subject to speak without interruption...the medium seems to be working for Macmanus."
